The hotel's location was great, right in the middle of town and close to everything. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, but lacked a kitchenette which could have been more convenient for longer stays. The service was friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a great location with easy access to various attractions. The rooms, although with a view of the mountains at the back, were unfortunately very dusty for my taste. The service was satisfactory but could be improved, and the dining experience had its ups and downs. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely hot and only had fans for cooling, but they offered a view of the mountains which was nice. Unfortunately, the rooms overlooked the main service area, which was a downside since there was no air conditioning. The location was very central, making it convenient for exploring the area, especially for day trips to Milford Sound and other attractions. The dining options were limited, but at least they were available early in the morning for those catching buses. Overall, it was an average stay with some ups and downs.
